Platform software, design, logos, and proprietary content are owned by Things for Traders. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Trading results shown are historical and not indicative of future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Things for Traders and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content herein.
